DCM Holding Schweiz AG is acquiring Elite-Film AG as part of a succession plan. As a production and distribution company, DCM brings selected films to German and Swiss theaters, including both domestic and international acquisitions as well as in-house productions. Elite operates under the ASCOT ELITE ENTERTAINMENT brand in the areas of licensing and the marketing of feature films and documentaries in Switzerland.
