10 maggio 2012 – Walder Wyss advised Schaeffler AG, a leading Germany-based automotive supplier and certain of its subsidiaries in all Swiss law aspects in connection with a EUR 8 billion credit agreement and in connection with the public placement of high-yield bonds with an aggregate volume of approximately EUR 2 billion.
