23 aprile 2013 – Y&B, ABB and b-to-v to provide venture capital to Romo Wind

On 12 April 2013, Yellow&Blue Clean Energy Investments B.V., ABB Technology Ventures Ltd. and b-to-v Partners AG as investors and the founders of Romo Wind Holding AG have entered into a VC transaction consisting of an equity investment and debt financing. ROMO Wind is a wind technology and service company, focusing on providing more energy from existing windfarms. The investment agreement was closed on 16 April 2013.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to all three investors. The Walder Wyss team was led by Lucas Hänni (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A) and further included Barbara A. Keiser (Associate, Corporate).
