Joining from Baker & McKenzie Zurich where he headed the M&A team for more than two decades, Urs has wide-ranging expertise in the areas of financing and restructurings, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He has been involved in numerous domestic and international high-profile M&A transactions, public takeovers, post-acquisition reorganizations, restructurings, recapitalizations, acquisition financing and other corporate finance transactions. Urs has written countless books and legal articles on these issues and often speaks at conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
