18 giugno 2018 – The Swiss Administrative Court ruled in its decision C-595/2015 that a price-decrease ordered by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (“FSOPH” / “BAG”) against a pharmaceutical company was not justified.

The Court lifted BAG’s order and decreed a re-assessment of the therapeutic cross comparison (“TCC” / “TQV”).

The pharmaceutical company was represented by Andreas Wildi, partner at Walder Wyss attorneys-at-law.
