14 maggio 2020 – At its meeting on 13 May 2020, the Federal Council submitted a Draft Federal Act to the consultation procedure, which gives it the authority to declare the agreement between insurers and intermediaries to be generally binding. The proposal requires an amendment of the Federal Law on the Supervision of Insurance Undertakings (VAG) and the Federal Law on the Supervision of Health Insurance (KVAG).
