15 luglio 2021 – Illumiti Group, one of the preeminent SAP systems integration and management consultancies in North America, was acquired by Syntax Systems, a leading multi-cloud and multi-ERP managed cloud provider for mission-critical applications.

Walder Wyss AG acted as Swiss counsel to Syntax Systems. The team has been co-led by Urs P.
