1 febbraio 2022 – Walder Wyss advised Farmy AG, the Swiss online shop for regional and organic products, in its acquisition of Blumenpost GmbH, a startup offering seasonal and regional flowers. With this acquisition, Farmy enters the growing online market for flowers and at the same time expands its product offering to existing customers.
