3 aprile 2022 – Walder Wyss and HEUSSEN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Munich, represented client Terra Quantum AG, a Swiss based quantum technology company, in an extension of its series A financing round in a total amount of USD 75 million. The new capital will, inter alia, enable the company to expand its R&D capabilities and accelerate its international expansion.
