6 maggio 2022 – The Federal Council would like to offer research better framework conditions for the transfer and further use of health data. To this end, at its meeting of 4 May 2022, it instructed the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) to create the conditions for setting up a data system for research in the health sector. Data protection must remain guaranteed. The results of these clarifications are to be submitted to the Federal Council by the end of 2023.
