10 giugno 2022 – At its meeting on 3 June 2022, the Federal Council decided not to approve the version of the tariff structure for outpatient medical services TARDOC submitted in December last year. It appreciates the commitment of the tariff partners and the work done but notes that the new version does not yet meet the legal requirements, in particular cost neutrality. The Federal Council again calls on all partners in the tariff organisation to continue the development of the new tariff structure within the framework of the future national tariff organisation.
