4 luglio 2022 – Planon group has acquired AIA Atelier für Informatik und Architektur GmbH, a Swiss consultancy firm specialized in computer aided facility management (CAFM).

Walder Wyss advised Ludwig Raffler as CEO and seller of AIA on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The Walder Wyss team was comprised of Urs P. Gnos (Partner, M&A), Christian Lütolf (Managing Associate, M&A), Thomas Meister (Partner, Tax) and Janine Corti (Counsel, Tax).
