26 agosto 2022 – Since 1 August 2022, cannabis may be used for medical treatment. The amended Narcotics Act allows therapy with medicinal products containing cannabis, cannabis extracts or medicinal cannabis flowers. This is also possible without an exceptional authorisation from the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH).
