Cembra acquires Byjuno

29 settembre 2022 – On 30 September 2022, Cembra Money Bank AG (SIX: CMBN), a leading Swiss provider of financing solutions and services, announced that it has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Byjuno AG and its sister company, Intrum Finance Services AG, from Intrum AG for a purchase price of CHF 60 million, as a further step in expanding its embedded finance product suite and its buy now pay later business. Closing is expected for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Byjuno is a major provider in digital payments in Switzerland, offering real-time factoring for merchants and convenient payby-invoice solutions for consumers with instant credit functionalities. Byjuno was founded in 2014, employs about 45 people and has established partnerships with several leading Swiss brands.
