24 febbraio 2023 – The Federal Council wants to simplify the medical dispensing of pharmaceutically produced heroin. At its meeting on 3 March 2023, it adopted the corresponding amendment to the Narcotics Addiction Ordinance (Betäubungsmittelsuchtverordnung; BetmSV). Therapeutic monitoring is to be made more flexible so that the specific needs of older patients can be better addressed.
