31 maggio 2023 – GetYourGuide announced its USD 85 million series F financing round led by Blue Pool Capital. The series F financing round was joined by KKR and Temasek. Simultaneously, GetYourGuide has communicated the closing of a USD 109 million credit financing. UniCredit acted as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, coordinator and lender in relation to this Revolving Credit Facility (RCF). BNP Paribas, Citibank and KfW acted as lenders. GetYourGuide is a leading global platform for discovering and booking travel experiences.
