11 luglio 2023 – Gebrüder Meier Holding AG, the holding company of Gebrüder Meier AG (Gebrüder Meier), acquired 100% of the shares in UIKER Antriebstechnik AG (UIKER). UIKER is one of the largest technical trading companies in Switzerland in the field of drive technology.
