19 settembre 2023 – Walder Wyss advised Ufenau Capital Partners AG on the sale of the participations in 24/7 Kanalservice Holding AG, GarLa Gruppe Holding AG, Hanseatic Power Service GmbH and their respective group companies held by the funds Ufenau V German Asset Light, SLP (Ufenau V) and Ufenau VI German Asset Light, SLP (Ufenau VI) to the new fund Ufenau Continuation Fonds 4, SLP (UCF4).

UCF4 was launched by a number of renowned investors led by LGT Capital Partners in order to invest in the three aforementioned groups. With the completion of the transaction, UCF4 was successfully closed. In addition, the completion of the transaction resulted in a significant liquidity event at the level of Ufenau V and Ufenau VI.
