23 aprile 2024 – The communication agency Agence Trio SA, in Lausanne, has joined the digital agency group MYTY Group. With this important step, MYTY Group expands its portfolio also in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and currently unites 14 complementary agencies from Switzerland, Germany and Croatia, where, with its 22 offices and more than 800 experts, it now ranks among the largest agency networks in Europe.

Walder Wyss advised MYTY Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction. The team was led by Stefan Knobloch (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Fabienne Anner (Counsel, Corporate/M&A) and further included Martina Madonna-Quadri (Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A), Martin Greuter (Associate, Employment) and Sébastien Aubert (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
