20. Oktober 2011 – The Riverside Company exited its investment in EM Test Group (EM Test), selling the Swiss manufacturer and supplier of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing equipment to AMETEK, Inc. for CHF 83 million. Riverside Company was advised on this transaction by Walder Wyss.
