27. März 2013 – Walder Wyss advised as Swiss Counsel the ad hoc Committee of Holders of Senior Bonds issued by Petroplus Finance Limited when its group affiliates Petroplus Marketing AG and Petroplus Holding AG filed for a moratorium in Zug, Switzerland, on January 27, 2012.
