25. Oktober 2021 – Scanmarket A/S, an e-sourcing and source-to-contract software provider, headquartered in Solbjerg, Denmark, and with offices in US, UK and the Netherlands, has acquired Symfact, a leading contract lifecycle management, third-party risk management, and legal entity management software company. Through its acquisition, Scanmarket has expanded its commercial reach into the DACH region and the group’s AI technology capabilities.
