29. Januar 2022 – Walder Wyss advised Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE: AVY), a global materials science company specializing in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of labeling and functional materials, in the acquisition of TexTrace AG. TexTrace AG is a Switzerland based technology developer that specializes in custom-made woven and knitted RFID products which can be sewn onto or inserted into garments.
