5. Juli 2022 – Ufenau Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Datalogue, a leading full-service provider for data analytics in Europe. The managing partners of Datalogue will participate in the new group as part of the transaction.

Founded in 2012, the Hamburg-based Datalogue Group supports its customers in achieving measurable business success through data-based insights and offers a wide range of data management, consulting and analytics solutions. With over 65 employees, Datalogue serves a broad and long-standing customer base in Europe.

Walder Wyss advised Ufenau Capital Partners as Swiss legal counsel on the transaction.
