5. Oktober 2022 – Walder Wyss advised Swiss Life AG and Swiss Life Holding AG (SIX:SLHN) on its new CHF 500 million syndicated revolving credit facility with UBS Switzerland AG as Agent, Coordinator, Mandated Lead Arranger and Lender and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd., Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A., NATIXIS and Zürcher Kantonalbank as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Lenders.
