8. März 2023 – The change management partner group (cmp) joint forces with CONSTELLATION ACADEMY GmbH (CAG), a platform company of one of the investment funds managed by CONSTELLATION CAPITAL. cmp will continue to operate independently in the market and concentrate on its core competencies – change and career counselling as well as adult education. CAG will benefit from cmp’s more than 25 years of market presence in Switzerland as well as its competencies in coaching, training and consulting. cmp can offer its services at the more than 100 CAG locations in Germany and thus benefit from an existing corporate client network. This will also create an expanded, coordinated range of training and coaching services for clients.
