Walder Wyss advised ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam, Lancy/Geneva branch on a USD 20,000,000 financing to Transamine SA

7. November 2023 – Walder Wyss advised ING Bank N.V., Amsterdam, Lancy/Geneva branch on a USD 20,000,000 financing to Transamine SA for the purpose of a prefinancing and off-take agreement relating to gold and copper concentrates entered into between Transamine SA and a mining company.

Transamine is the world's oldest independent and privately held commodities trading company specializing in non-ferrous base metal ores and concentrates as well as tin, cobalt, nickel, precious metals, related by-products, and residues. Transamine sources and supplies non-ferrous raw materials globally. Unlike other commodities, the concentrate market is highly specialized and for which Transamine disposes of the required knowledge.
