6. Dezember 2024 – Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) has acquired an 11% stake in finnova AG Bankware (Finnova). This strategic investment emphasises BCGE's commitment to aligning with a leading provider of banking applications in Switzerland. Alongside the investment, BCGE has secured a seat on Finnova's Board of Directors. Finnova is renowned for its innovative and high-performance banking solutions, serving over 100 banks which account for a third of all institutions present in Switzerland.
