6. März 2025 – Walder Wyss has advised GGW Group GmbH, a leading Hamburg-based insurance brokerage group, on its acquisition of AELIA Assurances Group, a European specialist in aviation insurance with offices in Paris and Geneva, together with LPA Law (Michael Samol) as lead counsel. This strategic acquisition expands GGW’s presence in the European market and enhances its expertise in aviation and related industries.
