Barry Callebaut successfully places Eurobonds in an amount of EUR 900 million and EUR 850 million

11. März 2025 – Barry Callebaut Group, the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, has successfully raised an amount of EUR 1’750’000’000 on the Swiss bond capital markets. The issuance consists of a EUR 900 million senior guaranteed tranche due 2028 and a EUR 850 million senior guaranteed tranche due 2031, with a coupon of 3.750% and 4.250% respectively per annum. The bonds are issued by Barry Callebaut Services NV and guaranteed by Barry Callebaut AG (SIX: BARN). The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
