We are pleased to announce that the Government Council of the Canton of Basel-Stadt has appointed Katja Schott-Morgenroth as Chair of the Board of Directors of UPK Basel with effect from 1 March 2026.

Katja Schott-Morgenroth is a partner at Walder Wyss and member of the Management Board of our firm. She advises her clients on matters concerning corporate law, real estate and construction law as well as matrimonial law and inheritance law. She also works as a notary in these areas.
