Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, coordinator and agent and the entire banking syndicate in connection with the acquisition financing provided for purposes of financing the acquisition of Netcloud AG by EGS Beteiligungen AG and further co-investors. Under the acquisition structure, the selling shareholders continue to be invested in Netcloud AG. Netcloud AG is a leading Swiss ICT-Service Provider.
