Gian Sulser works as an Attorney at Law in the Real Estate Team of Walder Wyss. He advises clients in all areas of construction and real estate law.

Gian Sulser studied at the University of St. Gallen (B.A. HSG in Law and Economics; 2017) and Zurich (MLaw; 2019). During his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Private, Commercial and Business Law at the University of St. Gallen and as a legal employee in the tax sector. He then completed internships at a leading Swiss commercial law firm in Zurich, at the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen and at a law firm in St. Gallen. He was admitted to the bar in 2021. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Gian Sulser worked as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Aargau (Civil Court and Commercial Court).

Gian Sulser’s professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French.
