Marina Srienz is an attorney at law and notary public of the Canton of Berne. Her main areas of practice include contract, corporate and commercial law as well as real estate law. Additionally, Marina Srienz assists clients in questions regarding matrimonial and succession law.

Marina Srienz was educated at the University of Freiburg i. Ue. (BLaw 2019, MLaw 2021). She was admitted to the bar in the canton of Berne in 2024 and qualified as a notary in the canton of Berne in 2025. Before her admission to the bar, she worked as a trainee at Walder Wyss and at various authorities of the canton of Berne including the District Court Berner Oberland in Thun.

Marina Srienz primarily advises clients in German and English. She is also fluent in French and speaks Spanish. She is registered with the Berne Bar Registry as well as with the Berne Notary Registry and admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
