Alcatel-Lucent Switzerland Ltd. sells its Zurich based headquarter

3 March 2014 – We advised Alcatel-Lucent Switzerland Ltd. in the course of the execution of its pre-emption right relating to its Zurich based headquarter and the subsequent sale of such real estate to swiss public listed real estate company which closed on 28 February 2014. Moreover, we assisted Alcatel-Lucent Switzerland Ltd. regarding the lease of some of its premises sold to the real estate company.
