29 March 2015 – P&I Personal & Informatik Ltd. acquires the business division HR from Soreco Ltd, Schwerzenbach, Switzerland with retroactive effect from January 1, 2015. All employees at the current business locations in Bolligen and Schwerzenback are taken over as well as the HR products and the ongoing customer contracts. With the acquisition of Soreco HR AG the P&I Group consolidates its market position in Switzerland as an international HR technology company, whose products and service offering is established in the premium sector for human resource management systems.
