Walder Wyss advises HCH Helicopter Group after filing for US Chapter 11

Walder Wyss advised as Swiss Counsel CHC Helicopter Group after CHC Group and certain of its wholly-owned subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on May 5, 2016.

The Walder Wyss team included Dominik Hohler (Corporate/Restructuring, Managing Associate) and Thomas Meister (Tax, Partner).
