Migros subsidiary Saviva sells Cash+Carry Angehrn

10 October 2017 – Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (MGB) sells, through its subsidiary Saviva AG, a company of the M-industry, its Cash+Carry Angehrn (CCA) division to the Vaud-based wholesale specialist Aligro. The CCA division is spun-off into an independent stock corporation (CCA Angehrn AG) for this purpose. It is planned that the new company CCA Angehrn AG will be managed as an independent subsidiary within Aligro and will continue to operate under the brand name CCA Angehrn.


Subject to the approval by the Swiss Federal Competition Commission, the transaction will be closed later this year.
