Akara acquires Patrimonial Suisse SA

11 July 2018 – Akara Funds AG, on behalf of Akara Diversity PK, acquired end of Mai 2018 the holding company Patrimonial Suisse SA and its three affiliates, including a portfolio of nine properties in the city of Geneva and the French part of Switzerland. The aggregate property value amounted to about CHF 113 mio.

Walder Wyss has advised Akara Funds AG on the transaction. The team was led by Francis Nordmann (Partner, Real Estate) and Alexandre Both (Partner, M&A) and included Grégoire Henriod (Associate, M&A) and Valentin Wiesner (Associate, Real Estate).
