19 July 2018 – Walder Wyss advised UK listed Stenprop (www.stenprop.com) in the course of the sale of its real estate portfolio to the real estate investment fund helvetica Swiss Commercial. The 7 properties are situated at good locations in the Greater Zurich Area, Central Switzerland, Greater Basel area, Western Switzerland and Ticino. The transactions closed through sale of assets as well as in the course of a share deal.
