CIC Capital supports the Swiss MEGA group in a new phase of its development

28 June 2019 – CIC Capital has invested in MEGA GOSSAU AG, the leading Swiss manufacturer of metal die casting solutions, door and window fittings, supporting the further development of the company. CIC Capital was selected as minority shareholder and will support the company’s next steps of its development, jointly with the current shareholders.

Walder Wyss advised CIC Capital on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The Walder Wyss team included Luc Defferrard (Partner, M&A), Thiemo Sturny (Partner, M&A), Robert Desax (Partner, Tax), Anna Baldenbach von Bröchen (Associate, M&A), Valentin Wiesner (Associate M&A) and Gaurav Bhagwanani (Associate Employment).
