Sale of Clinique Matignon Suisse

On 27 June 2019, Clinique Matignon Suisse SA was sold to CMDM Holding AG, an affiliate of the Dermedis Group. Dermedis is specialised in the medical-cosmetic skin treatment and sale of premium cosmetic products in Germany and Switzerland. In connection with the sale, the private individual shareholders of Clinique Matignon Suisse made a re-investment in Dermedis, a group managed by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital GmbH.
