Groupe Mutuel acquires majority participation in the insurance broker Neosana

10 September 2020 – Groupe Mutuel acquires a majority participation in Zurich-based insurance broker Neosana. The acquisition will further strengthen Groupe Mutuel's market presence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Neosana employs more than 100 people and offers its clients comprehensive consulting services for all types of insurance throughout Switzerland. The company will remain independent and continue to work with the most important Swiss insurers.
