7 October 2020 – The consulting firm AWK Group AG acquires TALOS Management Consultants GmbH with branches in Zurich and Luxembourg.

The acquisition enables AWK Group to pursue its growth strategy and focus on developing its financial services practice, hereby expanding its expertise in this area with regulatory and compliance, supply management and cost reduction services.

Walder Wyss advised AWK Group on the transaction.
