Audacia Holding acquires Satina

Audacia Holding SA acquired Satina Communication SA and Satina International SA from a private shareholder. The acquired companies specialise in the IT and telecommunication services sector.

Walder Wyss has advised Audacia Holding SA on the transaction. The team was led by Alexandre Both (Partner, M&A) and included Grégoire Henriod (Senior Associate, M&A), Hugh Reeves (Senior Associate, IP/IT) and Aurélien Bill (Senior Associate, M&A).
