Acquistion of Illumiti Group by Syntax Systems

Illumiti Group, one of the preeminent SAP systems integration and management consultancies in North America, was acquired by Syntax Systems, a leading multi-cloud and multi-ERP managed cloud provider for mission-critical applications.

Walder Wyss AG acted as Swiss counsel to Syntax Systems. The team has been co-led by Urs P. Gnos (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Christian Hagen (Managing Associate, Corporate / M&A) and further included Timon Nydegger (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Gaurav Bhagwanani (Senior Associate, Employment) und Lena Götzinger (Associate, RCTI).
