2 October 2022 – The transaction concerning the acquisition of Assetmax AG, Zurich, by Infront AS, Oslo, has been successfully closed on 30 September 2022. Assetmax is a leading Swiss service provider for independent asset managers, family offices and banks developing software for integrated multi-custody portfolio management, client relationship management, invoicing and reporting. The acquisition represents an important milestone for Infront as the company further strengthens its product offering for wealth management customers across Europe.
