As senior associate at Walder Wyss, Martina Madonna advises mainly in the areas of Corporate/M&A and Private Clients. Her preferred areas of practice include contract law, corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, as well as advising private clients in inheritance and family law matters.

Martina Madonna studied at the University of Fribourg (BLaw, bilingual German/French) and at the University of Berne (MLaw) as well as at the Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands). Before her admission to the Zurich bar, she gained experience as a scientific associate at the Department of Internal Affairs and worked as law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. Before joining Walder Wyss, Martina Madonna was an associate with one of the leading international business law firms in Zurich.

Martina Madonna practices in English, Italian and German. She is also fluent in French and Croatian and speaks some Spanish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
