Cornèr Banca SA issues Senior Unsecured Bonds with a volume of CHF 150 m

13 July 2023 – On 14 July 2023, Cornèr Banca SA successfully completed its inaugural issuance of CHF 150,000,000 Senior Unsecured Bonds with a maturity date in 2025 and a coupon of 3.00%. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. UBS Investment Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as Joint Lead Managers with Cornèr Banca SA as Co-Manager.

Walder Wyss advised Cornèr Banca SA on all Swiss legal and tax aspects of the transaction. The Walder Wyss team was led by Roger Ammann (Managing Associate, Finance) and Johannes A. Bürgi (Partner, Finance) and included Stefano Codoni (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax) and Christian A. Schmid (Associate, Finance).
