Tango acquires Locatee

14 March 2024 – Tango, a leading US provider of cloud-based real estate and facilities management software, acquired Locatee AG. Locatee is a Swiss company in the field of workplace analytics solution. Locatee enables organizations to make fact-based decisions by providing a complete picture of occupancy, driving strategic portfolio decisions, improving operational space utilization, and increasing employee satisfaction.

Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal advisor for Tango and its US legal advisor Frost Brown Todd LLP. The team was led by Markus Pfenninger (Partner, Banking & Finance) and Samuel Lieberherr (Counsel, Corporate/M&A) and further included Joy Malka (Counsel, Employment), Thomas Meister (Partner, Tax), Michael Kissling (Associate, Corporate/M&A), Manu Ferro (Senior Associate, Banking & Finance) and Viviana Montorfano (Trainee, Corporate/M&A).
